    Our minimum order is $100.00. A service fee of $15.00
    will be added to orders less than $100.00. This does
    not apply to sample orders.


    How big are your cases?


    Almost all of our items come in cases of 4.
    Basically when I started this business I was continually
    frustrated by supply companies who would only sell me
    a gross of this or that, or had cases sizes of 48 or 72
    of the same item.
    So I structured our products to be made in cases of 4
    items.  This means a very small company can order
    just the stock they need and can afford, and at
    the same time a larger company can order a whole
    pallet of just one item and save money.


    What are your accepted Payment Methods

    Our internet wholesale store accepts Visa, American Express
    and Mastercard via our secure server.

     

    For security reasons your billing name and address must
    match that of the credit card used for payment. It's important
    that you include your phone number in case we need to speak
    with you about your order.

    All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing.

    Please be sure to enter your credit card information properly. 
    If the credit card billing address differs from the shipping address,
    they both need to be entered when completing your purchase.
    The security code on the back of your card must also be
    entered in order to process payment.


    What's the turnaround time on orders?

    The turn around time for an order is 10 to 18 business
    days to craft the order, plus shipping. The turn around is
    stated very specifically on our website just so clients will not
    anticipate having their order shipped in a couple of days. 
    If we can get the order out quicker than the 10 to 18 business
    days then the client’s expectations are exceeded, however, you
    can not expect that on a regular basis because it’s just not
    possible.  Every order that leaves our building is custom made. 
    As our website also states on several pages we do not carry
    shelf stock.  Our clientele base wants these custom handcrafted
    products we product, that’s why they buy from us, and anticipate
    their needs, and order accordingly. We fill our orders on a first
    come first serve basis….that is the only fair process to clients. 
    When you place your order there can be anywhere from 10 to
    25 orders ahead of you…ranging in size from a small order of
    $25.00  to a large order of several thousand dollars.  All clients
    are treated equally whether their order is $50 or $10,000. 
    That’s a policy here that I’ve had since I started my
    business, and our customer service revolves around that concept.

     

    To change our business and eliminate custom made orders,
    and to carry shelf stock would mean that all products would be in the
    same 4 or 5 scent, and in the same container.

    Here are just a couple of reasons why our clients love us, and  
    our company produces each order as a custom made for each client.

    1. It allows us to sell the freshest product possible with the
      very longest shelf life.
    2. It gives us the flexibility to market many essential oil scent
      to each client based on their preference.
    3. It gives the client a choice of containers…clear or amber, and black or
      white lids. They can create their own look with their
      own label
      without spending thousands of dollars, or be restricted to huge

      minimums of product.

     

     


    What are the shipping charges?

    Shipping runs around 22% on most orders.  What you view in the
    shopping cart is an estimate.  After crafting your order, we
    actually pack your order,choose the most cost effective way to
    ship your order, and then calculate the exact shipping cost. 
    Our clients really appreciate this rather than a flat fee, as
    sometimes we can save a % or two by hand calculating the
    fee, and in these times of high gas and shipping prices,
    it's important!.

    There is a minimum shipping charge of $10.00.

     


    What's your return policy?

     


    Returns are not accepted for any reason when the
    correct product has been scent. Due to the nature of
    our products, and the fact that each order is custom
    made for our customers, we are unable to accept returns
    and still guarantee purity of products to our customers.
    Products will be replaced or credited only, not refunded,
    in case of a shipping error on our part, a defective products,
    or damage during shipping only, not for a customer
    mistake such as accidentally ordering the wrong product,
    not liking the color, or the scent of the product. If you
    are concerned about liking a particular scent, please
    order a small size of the product at first.

    We do not carry shelf stock, and each item is made as
    orders are placed and this may result in slight differences
    in product color between orders. Natural and organic
    ingredients also tend to vary in color.
    Please consider this a sign of a
    lovingly made, exceedingly fresh product. 

     


    Can you give me some history about your company?

    Springdale Orchards, LLC was started in 1958.
    Springdale Collection, the bath and body portion
    of this business began in the year 2008.
    Apple and pear themed gifts such as soaps,
    and candles were the first handcrafted products.
    Today Springdale Collection is the retail division
    marketing handcrafted bath and body collections
    under the labels of:

    Springdale Spa at Home
    The Chocolate Republic
    Java Spa
    Natural Elements
    La Cucina
    The Natural Bath Company
    The Bad Girl Soap Company
     

    The wholesale division markets high end handcrafted
    candles and bath & body collections to retail stores,
    gift boutiques, wineries, spas & salons, internet
    stores, home party businesses and direct sales
    companies.  95% of the products in the wholesale
    group are private labeles.  The other 5% are sold
    with the Springdale Spa label.

    Only the highest quality ingredients are used in our
    products...no mineral oils, and no animal testing.
    The spa collection has over 250 fragrances to choose
    from including complete lines of body chocolates,
    body coffees and a vineyard body collection.
    The natural and organic lines are only available with
    essential oils and contain no parabens. The organic
    line is created with a high % of organic ingredients.


    Do you offer samples?

    Yes, there is a complete page of samples.
    These samples are of the smallest size available
    in the Basic (Natural), Organic Spa, and
    Natural Elements (our logo labeled line).
    The samples however will be in our choice
    of scent, as it's impossible to make just
    one container of a product.

    around to craft your order, and 14 to 20 business day turn
    around during gift seasons.
